Our support staff are globally recognised as experts in counter-terrorism and counter-IED and have been extensively educated across the spectrum of C-IED related disciplines. Each individual has been selected due to his or her own particular specialist skills sets to create a team with an unparalleled breadth of knowledge. All have been hand-picked for their unique and unrivalled experience in the development of C-IED operations and processes including system and device defeat, training processes at the strategic, operational and tactical levels and extensive knowledge of technological means to counter IEDs.

Potential staff are thoroughly vetted and psychometrically assessed by the company prior to employment. This ensures that they have the right blend of personal qualities, education and experience to deal with any high-risk or complex situation likely to be encountered whilst remaining focused on the client’s needs at all times.
